Returns

Tickets for the Waikin Europe Christmas Market are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a ticket has been purchased through our website or authorized ticketing partners, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

We encourage all attendees to verify event dates, times, and ticket types before completing the purchase.

Refunds

All ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Weather conditions

  • Failure to attend the event

In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the event entirely, ticket holders will be notified by email and social media, and information about rescheduled dates or alternative arrangements will be provided.

Exchanges

Tickets are issued for a specific date and cannot be exchanged for another date or ticket type. Each ticket is valid only for the event date and time printed on it.

If you wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, please contact us prior to the event — transfers may be allowed at the discretion of the organizers.

Non-Returnable Items

All event tickets are classified as non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy applies to:

  • Any promotional or discounted ticket types

Damaged or Invalid Tickets

If your ticket or QR code is damaged, unreadable, or does not work at the entry point, please contact our support team before the event. We will verify your purchase and reissue a valid ticket if appropriate.

Event Changes or Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify event details such as venue layout, schedule, or performances

  • Postpone the event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is fully cancelled by the organizers.
