c. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Promotional discounts, if offered, are valid only for the stated period.
Ticket Orders and Payments
a. By purchasing a ticket on our website, you are making an offer to attend the Waikin Europe Christmas Market on the selected date(s).
b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ticket order for reasons including system errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
c. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment details when purchasing tickets and authorize us (or our payment partners) to process the full transaction amount.
d. Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
e. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your digital ticket and QR code.
Ticket Validity and Entry
a. Each ticket is valid for entry on the date and time specified at purchase.
b. Tickets (or their corresponding QR codes) must be presented for entry and are valid for one-time use only.
c. Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted, and entry will be denied.
d. Attendees must comply with all event rules, health and safety regulations, and the instructions of event staff.
Refunds and Cancellations
a. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

c. In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the Christmas Market, ticket holders will be notified and advised of any rescheduled dates or replacement options.
